		<description>Thanks for dusting the cobwebs off of that one.  Just reviewed and changed the title to Sciatica Back Pain Causes for Military and Civilian Occupations.  Thank&#039;s for providing the feedback.  The fact of the matter:  Maintaining close to ideal weight, BMI index, good posture alighnment, insoles and the correct footware makes a big difference for anyone that is active in life.  To let a condition fester for lack of knowledge; creating sciatica and greater pain disorders need not be in many cases.</description>
