Comment on Diet Pills, What’s the Health Risk Big Deal? by Wooppa http://mirrorathlete.com/blog/2008/02/07/mirror-athlete-enterprises-healthblog-diet-pills-whats-the-deal/comment-page-1/#comment-5601 Wooppa Tue, 19 Jan 2010 01:30:04 +0000 http://mirrorathlete.com/blog/?p=18#comment-5601 Most diet pills taken in excess can cause great harm to the body. I think teenage women are under a lot of pressure to keep weight off by parents and peers. I believe the fast food restaurants are the big contributors to our national obesity problems. The states have done away with many of the PE classes and now parents have to pay to get their kids into sports. It's just wrong. Our kids don't have a chance at keeping the toxic garbage out of their bodies while gaining weight. Then add more toxic stuff by trying to get a quick fix diet program that seems to mess them up even worse. If our education system does not value exercise activity, how are our kids suppose to develop good habits for life and stay healthy. Most diet pills taken in excess can cause great harm to the body. I will get definitly be asking some questions about some pain issues I'm have. Great room potential. I like your blog. About the article, my family has been cooking with virgin olive oil ever since I can remember. I didn't know it had so many health qualities. No wonder the Ikarian people live to be so old in good health. They eventually learned the secrets of managing pain naturally. I know just about everyone has aches and pains especially when they get into their mid-40's. Keep these great health, pain and fitness articles coming.
